O’Rian is Nano One’s Scale Up Manager and has advanced through various roles since he started in June 2017. As a veteran employee, O’Rian leads a team that is tasked with scaling our materials from development phase samples to larger quantities for prospective partners.
“The scale up team is very enthusiastic and passionate about the work we do. It is my goal to ensure they strive to achieve success, both personally and professionally, and they are rising to the challenge.”
O’Rian also works with the social committee in planning corporate events to encourage team building and bonding.

When asked what he looks forward to most in the future, O’Rian expressed his excitement to see Nano One’s materials in batteries around the world. Making a difference as the world transitions to electrification and takes great satisfaction knowing he and his team are playing a key role in getting it there.
