His proven track record—from nurturing start-ups to leading multinational corporations—demonstrates exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Before joining Nano One, he served as CFO for six companies, including TSX Venture 50 honourees and an international renewables firm, where he was directly involved in raising $500 million in corporate and project equity facilities. With extensive M&A expertise, Mr. Valente’s financial stewardship and deep understanding of capital markets position him to drive Nano One’s growth in the cathode sector and enhance shareholder value.
