Building Outside the Dominant Battery Supply Chain

The batteries powering EVs, energy storage, defense systems, and AI data center infrastructure all depend on LFP cathode materials—and those supply chains are routed through a single country. Governments and industry are increasingly recognizing this concentration as a risk. Nano One and Worley bring together proven cathode technology and deep technology solutions expertise to tackle one of the battery industry’s most urgent challenges: how do you build local supply chains that are economically viable and scalable?

For manufacturers and investors, a path forward exists, but there are still real questions around cost, speed, and how to de-risk the build. Join our virtual panel as they break down what a fast, cost-competitive path to LFP production could look like in practice.
ONE WEEK AWAY!

Nano One × Worley Webinar

The LFP battery material supply chain is a bottleneck controlled by a single country. Join executives from Nano One and Worley to discuss the risks this exposes and the opportunities it presents for those ready to act.

Partnership Agreement

Nano One and Worley have entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement to co-develop a comprehensive Cathode Active Materials (CAM) package that integrates Nano One’s patented One-Pot process into a modular engineering design. This includes shared intellectual property, process flow sheets, detailed engineering, operational know-how, and proprietary equipment.

A separate License Agreement governs the global sale of these CAM packages, outlining IP cross-licensing, license fees, and revenue sharing over a 20-year term.

Together, we aim to accelerate low-risk, cost-effective CAM production for customers worldwide.
