Vancouver, B.C. March 3, 2016: Nano One Materials Corp. (“Nano One or the Company”) (TSX.V: NNO) announces that its previously announced non-brokered private placement (“Private Placement”) has closed oversubscribed. The Company has issued 1,243,333 common shares (“Shares”) at $0.30 per Share for gross proceeds of $373,000.
The Shares are subject to a 4-month hold period expiring July 4, 2016. Closing of the Private Placement is subject to receipt of approval from the TSX Venture. No finders’ fee was paid.
Nano One intends to use the net proceeds from this Private Placement for technology and corporate development, and general working capital.
