The Quebec government has announced an investment of $18 million in Nano One to manufacture low-carbon batteries.
Nano One has been granted C$18 million in financing from the Government of Québec, which includes a C$15 million loan from the Ministry of the Economy, Innovation and Energy (MEIE) through its mandated organization Investissement Québec, and a C$3 million grant from the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP), through its Technoclimat program.
