Kelli Forster

Kelli Forster also serves as the Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.

Kelli Forster has spent more than 20 years as a Human Resources professional and over 10 years leading HR (or People and Culture) teams for large and small technology, clean tech and manufacturing companies. Kelli has extensive experience with quickly growing talented teams, facilitating people’s best practices and supporting positive culture and engagement. Kelli is an active leader in the Tech and People (TAP) Network (formerly the HR Tech Group) as a steering committee member and senior HR group leader. Kelli has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UBC, a certificate of Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell and is a chartered professional in Human Resources (CPHR) in Canada and a Certified Senior HR leader in the US (SHRM-SCP).
