Leanne Likness Swanson

Leanne Likness Swanson has 25+ years of experience in corporate governance and senior management roles, overseeing governance programs and related public disclosure and securities compliance for public and private entities, including Shell Canada, Sun Life Financial, Superior Plus Corp., and ENMAX.

Leanne has acted as the Corporate Secretary for Nano One since July 2023. She was most recently President of Praevalidus Corporate Services Inc.
She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada & the International Corporate Governance Network.

Leanne has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Masters of International Business Law, and a Chartered Directors Designation. She has also completed Canadian Securities and Certified Financial Planner courses and has a Securities Law Fellowship Degree.
